Secure logins
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form, and every sign-in starts a fresh session.
Audit log of key actions
Sign-ins, data exports, changes to staff logins, payment-mode corrections on receipts and online payments are written to an append-only audit log.
Student Aadhaar numbers masked
Aadhaar numbers typed into a student's record are stored as XXXXXXXX1234; only the last four digits are kept. Uploaded ID documents stay in private, permission-gated storage.
No card data stored
Online fees go through CCAvenue's secure payment page, so card details never reach our systems.
Idle timeout & login limits
Sessions time out when idle, and repeated failed sign-ins are temporarily blocked.
