We build three things for Indian schools: Infoiles Ed, the platform that runs the office; the Infoiles Security Suite, which records the corridors to the school's own disks; and the books the students learn from. All built in-house, around the Indian school year rather than adapted from a foreign template.
How one product became three.
Indian schools were running on a patchwork: registers for admissions, one app for fees, spreadsheets for marks and WhatsApp for everything else. Records didn't match, payments slipped through the cracks and certificate season meant late nights.
Founded in 2025 by Payas Mann, Infoiles set out to put all of it in one secure, connected system, built for the way Indian schools really run rather than adapted from a foreign template.
That became Infoiles Ed, which today runs the day-to-day of Jai Mann Public School and Sukriti World School. Two more products followed: the Security Suite, in service at two schools with sixty cameras at the larger, and our books, which are in preparation.

Every school has its own separate database. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form. Logins are rate-limited, idle sessions time out and key actions are written to an append-only audit log. Student Aadhaar numbers are stored masked, with only the last four digits kept.

Aadhaar numbers typed into a student's record are stored as XXXXXXXX1234. Uploaded ID documents, such as Aadhaar card scans, stay in private storage that only staff with the right permissions can open.
Append-only audit log
Sign-ins and sign-outs, staff deactivations, password resets, data exports and receipt corrections are all logged. Database rules stop everyday use of the app from editing or deleting an entry.
Sessions that time out
Idle sessions expire and access ends immediately when staff are deactivated.
